Join us for a peaceful and meaningful Sunday evening walk through the historic streets of New Bern, where faith and history gently intertwine. The Lantern Light Faith Walk explores how Christian faith has shaped the lives, resilience, and legacy of those who came before us. Along this easy-paced walking route, guests will hear powerful stories rooted in Scripture, moments of perseverance, and reflections that connect the past to the present day. Set against the same beautiful backdrop of New Bern’s historic landmarks, this experience offers a quieter, more reflective tone—guided by lantern light and grounded in truth. Select passages of Scripture (NIV) will be thoughtfully woven into the storytelling to deepen the experience without overwhelming it. This walk covers approximately 0.9 miles over 75–90 minutes, with multiple stops for storytelling and reflection. Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to departure, and all walks begin promptly on time. Whether you are visiting or local, this is an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and experience the deeper spiritual roots of New Bern in a way that is both welcoming and memorable.
